Pilates
Pilates is a low-impact, physio-led workout that strengthens the core, improves mobility, and enhances posture. It’s safe, effective, and ideal for all fitness levels. Our Physiotherapist and Exercise Physiologist - Lauren Heneghan will be running all of our classes at our Gymea, with 4 different formats to choose from.

1 on 1 Reformer Sessions – Available with flexible times
Semi Private (up to 2 people)
Studio Pilates (up to 4 people)
Pilates Mat Classes
An initial assessment with Lauren is required prior to starting the group classes.
All forms of our Pilates sessions can be claimed via Health Funds.
